The Olympics and why my school sucks

Woot!
Yesterday it was the begging of the Olympics, and it was great!!!!!!
From the drums to the painting the made while dancing, to the kite they made the cute little girl fly, from the beginning when they made the fireworks look like giant's foot steps it was great. Until finally they raised the man with the torch and made him and made it look like he ran in the air around the whole top of the place, it was beautiful (kind of better than what they did in Barcelona with the bow and arrow, at least it was there right?) Today I was only able to watch the swim competition. It is very cool that the girl from America got first place (I better learn her name!!!)

Now today we got a letter from my original school. Apparently it got an "A" rating but guess what? It was JUST because of the writing FCAT test. Which only the 8th graders took. Everything else is supposably really bad. And even though I'm going to miss my school I find it really bad that we are failing in math, reading, and science.

"Science and science fiction have done a kind of dance over the last century... The scientists make a finding. It inspires science fiction writers to write about it, and a host of young people read the science fiction and are excited, and inspired to become scientists...which they do, which then feeds again into another generation of science fiction and science..."
